Orienge Closes Down and Transfers All Its Assets to DIRECTUM Company
New York, New York, March 16, 2015 – Orienge, LLC (“Orienge”) announces to close down its operations in North America and transfer all assets to its strategic partner, the DIRECTUM company (www.directum.com).
From now on, all Orienge trademarks as well as the Conterra ECM system and Conterra-based business solutions, including Conterra Financial Information Management (Conterra FIM) and Conterra Contract Management, are transferred from Orienge to DIRECTUM.
